Michael Dalakis is an intellectual property attorney, serial entrepreneur, business operator, fractional executive, strategic advisor, and FIFA-licensed football agent with more than three decades of experience spanning law, business ownership, operations, negotiation, branding, and sports and entertainment representation.

Michael began his intellectual property career in 1994 and later served for nearly six years as a patent examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He subsequently practiced with Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP and Howrey LLP in Washington, D.C., representing clients ranging from individual inventors and emerging businesses to Fortune 100 companies.

From 2009 through 2023, Michael was a founding partner of Panovia Group LLP, a boutique law firm focused on intellectual property, commercial agreements, and sports and entertainment matters. His work included patent, trademark, copyright, licensing, and commercialization matters, together with the review, drafting, analysis, and negotiation of contracts.

Michael’s executive experience is grounded in decades of business ownership and hands-on operations. In 2003, he co-founded ENEXDI, a Washington, D.C.-area document management company that grew into a multimillion-dollar enterprise within three years.

Since 2011, Michael has also directed the business operations of Ninotch, a wellness company founded by Tatiana Tchamouroff in 1996, with studios in Bethesda, Maryland, and Tysons Corner, Virginia. Functioning in the capacity of chief executive and chief operating officer, he oversees the company’s strategy, operations, finance, staffing, marketing, contracting, vendor relationships, growth initiatives, and risk management. Tatiana Tchamouroff, his wife and Ninotch’s founder, leads the company’s hands-on services and serves as its principal technical expert for staff development and service quality.

Through Lykos Agency, Michael applies this combination of legal judgment and operating experience to fractional executive leadership, intellectual property strategy, business and brand development, contract matters, conflict resolution, and sports and entertainment representation. He may serve in roles including fractional Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Growth Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and General Counsel.

In the sports sector, Michael represents and advises professional athletes, coaches, soccer clubs, and other sports organizations. His work includes contract negotiation, player recruitment and placement, career and roster strategy, sponsorships,bbranding, intellectual property, regulatory matters, and dispute resolution.

 

As a FIFA-licensed football agent, he may represent players, coaches, and professional clubs, subject to applicable regulations and conflict requirements.

 

Michael also brings a personal understanding of the soccer landscape as a former youth travel soccer coach and the parent of multiple collegiate players, complementing his professional experience with firsthand insight into player development, recruiting, team dynamics, and the family considerations that shape an athlete’s career.
